These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Storepra. By creating an account, accessing a storefront, or using Storepra, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account and business information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
2. Storefronts, Catalogs, And Orders
- Storepra helps vendors create storefronts, display products or services, receive orders or requests, accept payments, and manage customer communication.
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their products, prices, services, availability, locations, contact information, policies, and fulfillment.
- Customers should contact the vendor directly for questions about an order, delivery, pickup, refund, service request, or product issue unless Storepra is legally required to assist.
3. Payments And Subscriptions
- Storepra may offer free trials, paid plans, subscriptions, and optional paid features.
- Vendor payments and customer checkout payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Paystack or Stripe.
- Storepra does not store full payment card details.
- Subscription access, plan limits, billing intervals, and feature availability may change according to the selected plan and payment status.
4. Integrations
- Storepra may support integrations such as payment providers, email services, analytics, image storage, and optional third-party services.
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have the right to connect and use any third-party account, number, payment account, or business profile.
- Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, approval processes, message limits, fees, and restrictions.
- If you connect WhatsApp Business, you are responsible for your Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, billing setup, message charges, and any WhatsApp Business Platform fees charged by Meta.
- Storepra provides the software connection and assistant features; Storepra does not pay for, resell, or absorb vendor WhatsApp messaging charges unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
5. Acceptable Use
- You may not use Storepra for fraud, spam, illegal products or services, misleading listings, abusive content, unauthorized access, malware, or activity that harms Storepra, vendors, customers, or third parties.
- We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, abuse integrations, or fail to comply with applicable law.
6. Content And Ownership
- Vendors keep ownership of their business content, images, products, services, and customer-facing information.
- By uploading or entering content into Storepra, you give us permission to host, process, display, optimize, and transmit that content as needed to provide the Service.
- You must have the rights required to upload and use the content you provide.
7. Availability And Changes
- We work to keep Storepra reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We may update, improve, suspend, remove, or modify features as the product evolves.
- Some features may depend on third-party services, approvals, webhooks, APIs, or provider availability.
8. Termination And Data Deletion
- You may stop using Storepra or delete your account from Dashboard > Settings > Account > Danger Zone.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, security, payment, operational, or abuse risks.
- Account deletion is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
9. Limitation Of Liability
- Storepra is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, Storepra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
10. Changes To These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Storepra after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
