Payment and billing information needed to manage subscriptions and vendor checkout settings. Payment card details are processed by payment providers such as Paystack or Stripe and are not stored by Storepra.
Integration information when you connect supported third-party services, including connection status, channel identifiers, and messages needed to provide enabled ordering features.
Usage, analytics, device, log, and security information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, product views, checkout activity, and error logs.

2. How We Use Information

To create and operate vendor storefronts.

4. Your Choices And Data Deletion

You can update most account and business information from your Storepra dashboard.
You can delete your account and business data by logging in and going to Dashboard > Settings > Account > Danger Zone.
If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion by contacting us from the email address connected to your account.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect Storepra accounts and data.
Sensitive credentials, such as supported integration tokens and payment secrets, are encrypted before storage.
No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should protect their login credentials and report suspicious activity promptly.

6. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Storepra, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.
When an account is deleted, we remove or disable account and business data according to our deletion process, except where retention is required for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, or backup purposes.

Storepra is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
