Data Deletion

Storepra users can delete their account and business data from the dashboard, or contact us if they cannot access their account.

Delete Your Storepra Account

  1. Log in to your Storepra account.
  2. Go to Dashboard > Settings.
  3. Open the Account section.
  4. Go to Danger Zone.
  5. Choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Account deletion removes or disables your Storepra account, storefront, business profile, catalog, uploaded business content, connected settings, and related account data, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, backup, or compliance purposes.

If You Cannot Access Your Account

Send a deletion request to privacy@storepra.com using the email address connected to your Storepra account. Include your business name and account email so we can verify the request.

Third-Party Integrations

If you connected third-party services such as Paystack, Stripe, or optional integrations, you may also need to manage or revoke Storepra access from those third-party accounts directly.
